Passed away peacefully on Monday, July 16, 2018 in the Heart Institute, Ottawa surrounded by her loving family.

Much loved wife and best friend of Wayne.  Beloved mother of Wayne (Courtney) and Wendy (Joey) Hebert.  Doting Nana of Ethan, Kyle, Cole and Jaxon.  Carol was the daughter of the late Carl Neault and Annette Lauzon and was born in Mattawa on September 19, 1953.

Married to Wayne for 44 years, the couple made their home on the shores of Lake Dore for the past 43 years.  Caroll was a long-time employee at the Eganville Leader where she worked in the front office greeting customers, managing the subscription list, answering phones and performing a variety of other duties.  She will be sadly missed by her loving famiy, her many friends around Lake Dore and her colleagues at the Leader.

Arrangements entrusted to the care of the Malcolm, Deavitt and Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.  Online condolences and donations may be made at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
