BAKER, Carl Dalton (Retired from C.P. Rail) - at the Ottawa Civic Hospital on Monday, June 3, 2013 in his 88th year. Carl Baker of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of Isabel Baker (nee Appler). Dear father of Dr. David Baker (late Greta), Hagerstown, Maryland; and Gordon Baker (Patricia), Milford, Ohio. Grandpa to Heather Osborn (Kris), Phillip & Valerie Baker. Son of the late Cecil & Anna Baker (nee Burd). Predeceased by brothers Delburn Baker (late Wanda) and Lionel Baker (Wilma), Calgary. Special uncle to Beverly Blundon (Lloyd), Pembroke. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, June 6, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
