MARTENS, Bruno Heinrich - passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at the age of 85 years. Bruno Martens of Pembroke, dearly loved husband of Gisela Martens (nee Pudewell). Loving father of Michael Martens (Jody), Pembroke; and predeceased by Anita & Reinold Martens. Cherished Papa to Alex & Adam. Son of the late Otto & Meta Martens (nee Halfenstein). Predeceased by brothers Karl-Heinz (late Emma) & Ernst-Otto (late Marie) Martens. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Zion Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Thursday at 11:00 a.m., followed by cremation.
