SPLINTER, Boyd Arthur Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Sunday, July 12, 2009 in his 81st year. Boyd Splinter of Pembroke, beloved husband of Joan Splinter (nee Middleton). Dear father of Marilyn Flint (George), Pembroke; Mike Splinter (Lynn), Foam Lake, SK; and Donnie Splinter (Ruth) Pembroke. Cherished grandfather of Michael Splinter, Pembroke; Timmy Splinter, Alberta; Christopher Splinter, B.C.; Natasha & Eric Splinter, Foam Lake, SK; and Gregory Splinter, Allison Raglin (Nathan), Jenna & Ryan Splinter, all of Pembroke. Great-grandfather of Jaelynn Raglin. Predeceased by parents Paul and Edna Splinter (nee Nienkirchen), and brother Ken Splinter (late Flossie). Survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke, on Thursday from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, July 17, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Mount Zion United Cemetery, Pembroke.
