McConnell, Bonnie - suddenly at her home after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the age of 67 years. Bonnie McConnell (nee Wilcox) of Pembroke, wife of Bob McConnell. Mother of Colleen Brazeau (Andre Gaudette), Debra Brazeau and Angela Brazeau (Donny Paplinskie). Step-mother of Jamie McConnell (Lynn) and Jennifer Biggs (Justin). Grandmother Marissa; Jordan, Amber & Erica; Tyler, Madison, Samantha & Jayce; and Carter & Grace. Great-grandmother of baby Vera due February 2017. Daughter of the late James & Iva Robinson (nee Wilcox). Sister of Jim Robinson (Nancy) and Cindy McConnell (Dave). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Respecting Bonnie's wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Medical Daycare at the Pembroke Regional Hospital would be appreciated.
