STOKES, Betty May Suddenly in Pembroke Regional Hospital on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at the age of 75 years. Betty Stokes (nee Monroe) of Pembroke wife of the late Lawrence Stokes. Mother of Joseph (Laurie), Kitchener; Kevin (Julie), Ottawa; John (Maria), Ottawa; Elizabeth Stokes, Penticton, BC; Eleanor Snyder (Doug), Waterloo; Shaun (Vicki), Kitchener; and Charlene Currie (Eric), Orlando, Florida. Grandmother of Cameron & Wyatt; Lauren & Matthew; Christina & Lina; Bethany, Adam & Samuel; Dylan & Wesley; and Adebe.
