Beatrice Jonas

JONAS, Beatrice "Bea" - passed away at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in her 94th year.

Bea Jonas (nee Laabs) of Pembroke, wife of the late William "Bill" Jonas.  Daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Laabs (nee Boldt).  Sister of Ellard Laabs (late Florence), and predeceased by brother Elmer Laabs.  Sister-in-law of Elinor Clifton.  Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Monday, January 8, 2018 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.  Spring Interment in Zion/St. Timothy's Lutheran Cemetery.  (As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.)  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com.
