WILSON, Barbara - peacefully at Marianhill, Pembroke on Monday, April 1, 2013 in her 79th year. Barbara Wilson (nee Bennett) of Waltham QC and formerly of Pembroke, dear wife of Carl Wilson. Caring mother of Spencer Wilson (Sherry), Pembroke; Valerie Salvati (Mario), Renfrew; Vicky Splaine (Billy), Pakenham; and Bonnie Turner (Alvin), Waltham QC. Grandma to 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law to Ken Kranz. Predeceased by parents Steve & Ada Bennett (nee McCulloch) and sister Betty Kranz. A special thank you to the staff at Marianhill and to both Dr. Hing & Dr. Baxter. A Memorial Service will be held at Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home Chapel, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Marianhill Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
