DICKSON- MAJOR, Barbara Irene Passed away peacefully at Marianhill on Wednesday, September 28th, 2005 in her 64th year. Barbara Dickson (nee Dawley) of 32 Eileen Street Pembroke dearly loved wife of Allan Major and by first marriage the late Donald Dickson. Daughter of J. Dwight and Myrtle Dawley (nee Simmons), Winchester. Dear mother of Kyle Dickson (wife Tammy), Beachburg; Tim Dickson (wife Cindy), Abbotsford, B.C.; and Todd Dickson (Melody), Beachburg. Nana to Sophie & Justin. Grandma Barb to Alyshia & Nicholas. Step-mother to Ian Major (Melanie), their children Stephan & Laura; and step-mother also to Lee Major. Sister of Linda Burman (husband Peter), Montreal; and Diane Sauve (husband John), Blairstown, New Jesery, USA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday from 7 until 9:00 and on Friday from 2 until 4:00 and 7 until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in Greenwood United Church on Saturday, October 1st, 2005 at 11:00 a.m..
