Arthur Ploughman

PLOUGHMAN, Cpl. Arthur Robert - passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at the age of 51 years. Art Ploughman of Petawawa, husband of the late Tammy McLaughlin. Art leaves behind his very strong and brave daughter Jenny Ploughman (Robert Kilby), Petawawa. Cherished son of Ann and the late Howard Ploughman, Newfoundland. Brother of Terry (Wendy), Nova Scotia; Gary (Theresa) British Columbia; Wendy Costello (Gene); Howie (Janet) and Brad (Nancy), all of Oakville. Son-in-law of Matthew McLaughlin (Katie and the late Evelyn), Pembroke. Brother-in-law and friend of Penny McLaughlin-Rabb (Darren), Westmeath. Art will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends. Respecting Art's wishes, a celebration of his life will be held at the family's residence, 226 Black Bay Rd., Petawawa on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Art was a loving and generous person who lived with the moto "give to one another". To honour his memory, we ask that you follow in Art's footsteps and give to one another by doing a good deed for somebody.
