Anna Yuke

YUKE, Anna Margaret – Passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the age of 93 years.

Anna Yuke (nee Borthwick) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Earl Yuke.  Loving mother of Sandra Splaine (Brian), late Brenda Seawright (late Gary) and late Debbie Godin.  Cherished grandmother of Lana Splaine, Shawn Splaine (Tammy), Terra Kruk (David), Brent Seawright (Natalie), 15 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.    Dear sister of Hazel Trickett (late Rev. Gerry), Willa Curts (late Winston), Evelyn Courtney (Pete) and Dr. Burton Borthwick (Mary).  Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by grandson Troy Godin and brother Raymond Borthwick.   Anna will be remembered for her radiant smile and her kindness.

Visitation at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Friday, January 28 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.  Funeral Service Saturday in the Chapel at 1 p.m.  Interment Pembroke Pentecostal Cemetery on Thurday, May 26 at 11:00 a.m.   As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.  Online condolences and donations are available at www.mdbfuneralhome.com
