Johnson, Anna Jean - passed away at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the age of 72 years. Anna Jean Johnson (nee Dakens) of Petawawa, wife of Bryan Johnson. Mother of Jamie Dakens, Nova Scotia and Gordon Johnson (Tammy), Petawawa. Daughter of Margaret Dakens, Nova Scotia and the late John Dakens. Sister of Rena Hamilton (David), Bath; John Dakens, Nova Scotia; Shirley Dewtie (John), Nova Scotia; and Jimmy Dakens, Kingston. Visitation will be held at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Friday, November 13, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. followed by a service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. Respecting Anna's wishes, cremation and interment of ashes will take place in Capital Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Ottawa following the service. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
