BARRAS, Alexander William After a courageous struggle, Alex passed away at home on Sunday, August 25th, 2013 at the age of 23 years. Cherished son of James and Cindy Barras of Pembroke. Loving big brother to Lela and Karley. Dear grandson of Dellert and Elizabeth Hein and Larry and Trish Boytel. Also survived by several aunts and uncles. Friends may call at the MALCOLM, DEAVITT & BINHAMMER FUNERAL HOME, 141 Renfrew St., Pembroke on Thursday, Aug. 29th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service at Petawawa Presbyterian Church on Friday at 10:30 am. Memorial donations to Camp Trillium Childhood Cancer Support Centre, Children's Wish Foundation, CHEO 4th Floor Oncology Unit or Candelighters Childhood Cancer Support would be appreciated.
