BARBER, Adeline Quietly at home in her sleep on April 4, 2011 at the age of 72. Adeline Barber of Ottawa, formerly of Petawawa, beloved wife of Douglas Barber. Mother of Terry Barber, Ottawa; and Sally Gee (Raymond), Vancouver BC. First daughter of the late Florence and Charles Stencell. Sister of Rosemary Kettner (Donald), Petawawa. Predeceased by brother Michael Stencell (Rena), Petawawa. Formerly an active member of the Rideau Park United Church Community Outreach Program (Ottawa). Visitation will be at St. John's Lutheran Church, 605 Black Bay Rd, Petawawa on Saturday, April 9, 2011 from 10-10:45 a.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Church on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Spring Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Petawawa. Arrangements by the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, Pembroke. (In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of choice would be appreciated.)
