Dear mother of Betty Ann Godin (husband late Jim), Pembroke; Elton Dament (wife Margaret), Powassan; and Judy Blagdon (husband Gordon), Toronto. Predeceased by son Donald Dament (wife late Norma), infant son Dawson Dament; and step-children Frank Dament (wife late Grace), Stanley Dament (wife late Margaret), Reginald Dament and Nellie Kurth. Grandmother to 24 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Fred and Martha Popkie (nee Brodofske). Sister of Rudolph Popkie (wife Kreena), Pembroke; and Selma Smith, Toronto. Predeceased by George Popkie, Amanda Cote, Lydia Hoffman, Reinhold Popkie, Irene Goldberg, Alex Popkie and Alma Lewis. Resting at the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home, l4l Renfrew Street, Pembroke on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.; and Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in St. John's Lutheran Church, Pembroke on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Pembroke.
